- Designed the building’s Communications Distribution System (CDS) to include optical fiber and high speed copper to each tenant floor in this historic building.
- Designed the Main-Crossconnect space in the basement of the building where carriers terminate their facility from the street and interconnect to the CDS.
- Marketed the building to telecommunication carriers.
- Negotiated a number of new access agreements to give tenants a choice of carriers and services.
- Manages carrier and tenant requests for new or modified services connections.
