- Assisted the building owner in the renovation and redevelopment of this former AT&T Long Distance Building as the New York Global Connectivity Center, a.k.a. “The Hub.”
- Designed the building’s meet point and collocation spaces – specially equipped areas that allow easy carrier-to-carrier network interconnection.
- Designed the cable entrances, interbuilding pathways, cabinet & rack spaces, and secure cages.
- Designed the optical fiber and high-speed copper cabling to allow interconnection at rates up to OC-192.
- Recommended fee levels for space rental and interconnection.
- Designed the building’s twin rooptop towers and redesigned other rooftop elements to accomodate wireless carriers.
- Assisted in marketing the building to carrier tenants.
