Riser Management Services, Inc:
- Specified the 385-foot rooftop broadcast tower, antenna systems, transmission lines, and combining networks having capacity for 18 FM radio and 20 television broadcasters.
- Ran the bid process; prepared and negotiated the purchase contracts.
- Filed necessary tower registrations with the FCC and obtained FAA clearance on behalf of the owner.
- Provided modeling of the radio-frequency emissions environment relative to neighboring high-rise buildings.
- Coordinated construction schedules to ensure that the system was installed on time and according to specifications.
- Was responsible for final acceptance testing of antenna systems to complete the facility.
- Aided Durst in signing a group of five FM broadcasters as an anchor tenant and continues to find additional wireless carriers for rooftop occupancy.
