License Agreements
Riser’s license agreements have been used as a standard by many major property owners and managers in the commercial real estate industry for years.
Riser’s license agreement services may include any or all of the following:
- Preparation of new license agreements representing the owner’s best interests.
- Review of proposals or draft agreements for wireline or wireless communications installations.
- Market-based pricing recommendations for communications service provider installations including equipment space, cabling, conduit space, and rooftop antennas. Negotiation with service providers to achieve advantageous terms for owner.
- Evaluation of regulatory, technical, and practical issues related to telecommunications installations, pathways, spaces, or antennas. Includes review and critique service provider drawings, plans and exhibits in support of the license agreement.
