Rooftop management services are focused on delivering a high level of service to the property owner or manager in terms of management reporting, license administration and our handling of wireless tenant issues. Our management structure can range from a pure consulting relationship, to a blend of consulting and fixed fee, to a pure revenue share structure. Riser manages selected, choice properties rather than attempting to administer large numbers of properties.

- Reviewing and vetting plans from service providers

- Billing & collections and related management reporting
